Terms and Conditions

  • You may only enter this competition as an individual only. All entries we believe (in our sole discretion) to have been made via participation in a Consortium or any form of machine-assisted intervention which enables multiple entries, will be disqualified, together with all multiple entries from the same IP address or telephone number.

  • Eligibility may be verified (at our sole discretion), including requiring you to provide evidence of compliance and you will be disqualified if we discover you are ineligible.

  • Limited to one entry, multiple entries will be disqualified.

  • The raffle can be withdrawn or cancelled without any prior notice or cause and without any liability whatsoever to you.

  • You hereby acknowledge and agree that we may keep any and all data which can be used to identify or contact you, including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number (Personal Data) that you or others give us during registration or which we otherwise obtain through your use of our website.

  • We have no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit to a address or for any problem related to telephone networks/lines, computer systems or equipment, internet issues including traffic congestion or network incompatibility. Proof of your posting will not be accepted as proof of our receipt of it.

  • No entries shall be accepted from agents, in bulk, or from third parties.

  • We may make any change to these terms in our sole discretion, including any changes including, without limitation, the expansion, reduction or duration.

  • Limited to 1 entry per person

  • Shoes must be in your actual size

  • Submitted size is the only size you can buy, no exceptions

  • Unclaimed pairs will be sold at an undisclosed date, time & place

  • Valid UAE ID must be presented on collection (matching entry name)

  • This is the only means of identification we can accept.

  • We reserve the right to remove anyone suspected of engaging in reseller activities at the time of collection & purchase.

  • Payment is by debit or credit card only, the debit/credit card must be in your name and must match the name on your valid Emirates ID

  • Any mistake in size selection cannot be corrected at the time of collection & purchase

  • If you are unable to collect yourself, you will lose your access to purchase a pair. We cannot accommodate anyone collecting on your behalf

  • No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges will be permitted on this product.
